ABOUT STATYBŲ BIRŽA

The main activities encompass data collection, convenient systematization and transfer of knowledge to the customers in the field on construction - information on investment projects, construction jobs (implemented and foreseen), government and private sector calls for tender as well as information regarding various construction objects.

OBJECTIVE

To assist the customer in their search for construction service providers and vice versa - to assist the service providers in finding the customers. Another company objective is to provide information on construction objects in a convenient and systematized form.

CLIENTS

The customers of "Statybų birža" included but not limited to contracting organizations, construction firms, suppliers and producers of construction materials, designers, installers of alarm, ventilation and telecommunication equipment, furniture, landscaping and insurance firms - all established Lithuanian companies and small firms that have their interests in construction objects.

BACKGROUND

"Statybų birža" UAB was established in April, 2001. The company is comprised of the Information Department and the Administration. In total, 8 persons are employed. Analogical operations are performed by our partners in Estonia "Eesti Ehitusbörs" (founded in 1997), Latvia "Būvbirža" (founded in 2003) and "Stroitelnaja birzha" in Belarus (founded in 2006), "Budivelna Birzha" in Ukraine (2006) and "Bursa de Constructii" in Moldova (2006).
